Analytics
Google Analytics is great.
I’ve found some interesting things, while trolling through my analytics. Like:
Over the past month:
153 people have visited lukecarbis.com, and have viewed 522 pages.

Firefox Extension: Smart Bookmarks Bar
I downloaded a great firefox extension today: Smart Bookmarks Bar.
It makes the titles of each of the bookmarks in my bookmarks bar hide until I mouseover them.
This is a HUGE space saver, or (even if you have heaps of space in your bookmarks bar), a GREAT tidy-up-er-er.

The Jesus Guy
Most mornings, when I catch the late bus into work, there’s a note stuck in the chair, on a coloured piece of paper.
The notes tout ‘Jesus’ messages. I’ve seen “You need to be born again”, “Jesus Saves”, and this morning, “Jesus is Lord”.

64kb!
Many many years ago (like, maybe, five or six), I came accross an amazing piece of technology – the 64kb movie.
This beauty was a marvel of the byte. Encryption like you’ve never seen it before. Literally awe inspring, jaw dropping, ego humbling technology.

I was going to explain it myself, but I thought I’d leave it to the experts:

Fed up
I’m so totally fed up with iWeb. It stuffed up. Again. And I gave up. I just couldn’t use it. Wordpress it is. I’ll reconsider when iWeb 2 or iWeb pro is released, but at the moment, it’s not useable. Not even slightly.

Red Block
After careful deliberation, and a few beers, Michael and I have decided on a name for the new business that wer’e starting: Red Block Internet Consultants.
I’ll keep the details at a minimum for now, save to mention the website: http://redblock.com.au .
