Avatars
At work, we use a Jabber messaging system called Pandion. Pandion (like many other IM systems) uses custom avatars and status messages. Here’s some which I’ve had recently.

Orange Adventure
So we were at Talia's uncle Paul's place today. He lives by Mount Coolum, and has a beautiful view of it.
He noticed a tiny orange dot on the side of the mountain. It had been there for a few weeks. Apparently, he'd gone up the side of the mountain a few times before, but couldn't ever find it.

New Phones
Talia and I just got new phones!
I got a Nokia N73, and she got a Nokia E65.
Much better than using a stylus, I must say. And my 3 megapixel camera is pretty nice also.

I’m sick of getting kids in trouble. I hate it. I wish they’d just behave.
And I hate getting in trouble too. Especially when you know you’re going to be reprimanded for something, but don’t know when. It’s like this constant feeling of dread.

i-Mate Jam
So you may have noticed in my easter post that I mentioned getting a new phone. It’s an  i-mate JAM.
It’s one of those pocket personal computers (ppc) that you hear about. It runs Windows CE 2003, and even better, just about any programs you would want.

Wordpress vs Blogger vs .Mac
So I’ve recently been considering the possibility of switching to a new blogging client. I am currently using Apple’s .mac service and am finding it acceptable, however, i thought i might try for something better.
The two obviouse alternatives are wordpress and blogger.
